Carbon Fiber, 1.75" thick

Cutting a 1.75" thick carbon fiber toggle for a 140 foot sailboat. This part had to be fixtured by an aluminum bar in its bore and a custom foam bed, since there were no parallel, square, or flat exterior surfaces.
